Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. Awarded the Seth Peterson Cottage Conservancy's 2019 Visser Award for Outstanding Restoration of a FLW House and the 2021 Wright Spirit Award in the private category. Once your reservation is confirmed you will need to provide your email in order to receive the house manual and contact information for the house manager.

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Start your day with a sunrise from the cozy living room or spacious deck, head out on the lake with our kayaks and paddle boat, or challenge your pal to a game of foosball or Mario Kart. When the sun sets, gather around the fire pit, unwind in the hot tub, and take in the beauty of a star-filled sky.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Our Tiny house is a place to retreat from the hussle and bustle of your busy life. It's a place to relax, read, reflect, rest and reset. You may enjoy nature, walk the trails, enjoy a fire in the fire ring and have a cookout. We hope you enjoy all that the woods has to offer. We provide wine, crackers, and cheese, chocolates , popcorn, breakfast bars, water, juice, coke and coffee pods (Keurig). The tiny house is a cozy and comfortable space where you will enjoy complete privacy.

The local owners do all the cleaning, communication, and are personally on call nearby, to avoid the pitfalls associated with absentee landlords. Located in the heart of quintessential small town Lake Odessa, the Beach Cottage is situated right on Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is 430 acres, and all sports. It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Visit Lazy River Farm, 4 Kayaks and Farm Animals!

Come enjoy our recently renovated 28' RV that sits directly on the Thornapple River. Enjoy collecting eggs for breakfast from our chicken coop, playing with our goats or kayaking the river. 4 Kayaks Included!!! Feel free to wander our 14 acres or just relax by the river. The RV has a full bathroom, with small shower. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, a grill, and all the necessities to fix a great meal. All linens are provided. Come make some unique memories!

Cozy Cottage on Jordan Lake

Relax at the Cozy Retreat Cottage while enjoying the lake views. This cottage has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths and located directly on Jordan Lake. The dock is available for your boat whether it is a pontoon or a speed boat. We have 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use. No more than 7 people on the property at the same time and we do not allow parties, events or fireworks as we are in a residential neighborhood. The beautiful views will not disappoint.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
