This cozy cabin is located in Crawford County, Michigan, known for its military & State owned land. 60% of the county is available for recreation including ORV and snowmobile trails, XC skiing, kayaking, biking and hiking. The cabin is surrounded by ORV and snowmobile trails. It is centrally located in the northern part of the lower peninsula for easy day trips to areas such as Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Higgins lake, with a small beautiful beach is just a 5 minute drive from the cabin.

Located a 1/4 mile from the snowmobile trails you can ride from the front door to the trails, or from the trailhead nearby (see photos for proximity). Road end lake access, as well as 1.2 miles from the only public boat launch and state park on the lake.
