The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Queen size futon on main floor , Hot shower outside under the beautiful sky and no more Porta potty located outside. Toilet is now inside! Surrounded by a beautiful hardwood forest. Be one with nature. Sitting just up the hill from our mini donkeys and our 4 adorable boy alpacas.

This property is in the heart of Leelanau County, with prime access to wineries, beaches, Fishtown, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Local amenities like restaurants, a cafe, and wineries are within walking distance. Located near Lake Leelanau, boaters will appreciate the close proximity to two boat launches.

The Gristmill Apartment

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

It is a great place for couples seeking a quiet romantic getaway or a single outdoor adventurer.
