Inn at the Mill resides in the original Grist Mill built by the founding family of Tillsonburg - the Tillson's. A moodier room for people who notice materials. The Foundry is a luxury one-bedroom in The Brick & Beam, a boutique hotel in an 1885 building on Hurontario Street in downtown Collingwood. Exposed brick, black steel, and warm light, with a bedroom set behind a glass partition and a bistro table built from timber pulled from the building itself. Walk to everything downtown, then come home to a room that feels made, not furnished.
