This beautiful mid-century house was designed and built by my father. My husband’s parents, Amy and Bob, bought it from my parents’ estate and renovated it. It is filled with light, books and original art. Being inside feels like being outside. It is furnished much as it was when my in-laws moved out, with many of Amy’s paintings. It is not a new or fancy house, but it is authentic and quite a splendid example of mid-century architecture! I hope that you love it as much as I love to share it!

Unique tranquil get away. Built in 1931 is a very authentic rustic cabin , full of love and gives you a feeling of what it would be like to live in 1931 yet a few luxuries for todays world. The cabin is small & cozy, queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofa bed , 2 small futons in loft that would sleep 2 kids. Sleep 6 if 2 of guest were kids or young teens . Close by Madam Carroll ,Indiana Beach, Summer Beach House beach & Tall Timbers. 27 miles to Purdue !

The Rock House in Delphi - Rock Solid. Charm.

The historic Rock House is full of the character and charm of a classically-styled bungalow — window seats, a rock fireplace, and artfully designed living areas. 3bedroom 1bath living room along w dining room full kitchen and laundry room. 65 ft of water frontage with dock. there is a gas grill along w fire pit on deck with lots of seating. We also have a tiki bar. THIS IS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY. We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.
