Booking 7-10 guests includes the guest loft with the 4th bedroom, 2nd kitchen, laundry & private deck. Pricing for each guest above 6 is an additional per person fee of 86/night before discount. The upstairs loft boasts a large sitting area and a second bedroom with a queen sized bed. The lower level has a cozy family room and a bedroom with either queen sized bed or two twins. Each level has its own bathroom.
