There is Roku television, a heat pump for air conditioning or heat, Keurig coffee maker, and more. This is a non smoking unit.

The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a multi room apartment, well lit unit with a living room and a bedroom. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat.
