Before 10pm out on the deck, please keep any audio devices at very low volume and kkep your voices down.

My place is 200 ft/60 meters to the lake shore, swim beach, nature, hiking, mediation, yoga, restaurants. No road access, very quiet. Located on the west side of Santa Cruz la Laguna. You will have lake & mountain views, and access to our own private swim beach and boat dock. Full kitchen with all appliances make cooking a breeze. Restaurant is next door for those meals you don't want to prepare. Boat access only, no road access. Parking is available in Panajachel should you need it.
