Ideal for families, it offers a BBQ, outdoor fires (with municipal approval), and accommodates up to 12 (16 with inflatables). Winter activities include snowmobiling and skiing. Private deck on the lake, proximity to biking and ski-doo trails. The village of La Minerve, 5 minutes away has a grocery store, bakeries and an SAQ.
