Studio totalement indépendant et entièrement rénové situé en pleine campagne. Idéal pour deux personnes, avec possibilité d'ajouter un lit d'appoint pour enfant. Il est composé d'une cuisine équipée, d'un lit deux places, d'une salle d'eau et d'un wc séparé. Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni. Le studio se trouve à côté de notre habitation. Situé à moins de 10 min de Cholet, 2 min de la voie rapide N249, 5 min de Marques Avenue. Proche du Puy du fou et du parc Oriental de Maulévrier.
