Great for anyone visiting sunny SoCal. :) We are near multiple hospitals for traveling nurses and near multiple successful businesses for traveling professionals. Willing to negotiate mid-term stay.

Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
