This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. 築約100年の京町家を少しモダンに改修しました。 昭和の面影と共に元医院だった我が家の歴史を少し感じていただける家です。 小さな庭と古いピアノがあります。 家は二階建ですが、お貸しできるのは完全に独立した一階部分(約66平米)です。玄関は独立しており、庭の一部もゲスト専用です。 東寺から徒歩3分、京都駅からタクシーで5分、徒歩20分で、街の中心、観光スポットへの交通の便も良い場所です。 ＊ページに最初に表示される料金はお1人で使用される場合の料金です。(日により料金は変わります)　2人様以上の場合、お１人につき3800円の追加料金をいただいております。 また京都市では宿泊税が徴収されていますが、当施設での宿泊税、ゲスト1人1泊400円は、表示される宿泊費に含まれています。 現在週割、月割実施中です(カレンダーでご確認下さい)。カレンダーがブロックされている日でもご予約が可能な日がありますので、まずお問い合わせください。(本年10月のご予約は受付中ですが、ご希望の日程と人数を明記して、メッセージでお問い合わせ下さい。)

京町家貸切宿｢高瀬川七条｣は築115年の京町家をﾌﾙﾘﾉﾍﾞｰｼｮﾝした宿泊施設です｡京都の美しい風景を形作る京町家を､当時の構造を残したまま､京都特有の蒸し暑い夏､底冷えの厳しい冬にも快適にお過ごしいただけるよう､気密性･断熱性能の高い建物に仕立て直しました｡ 1階の和室からは『露地』(※茶室へ通じる庭)をｲﾒｰｼﾞした坪庭をご覧いただくことができます｡また､廊下にはゆったりとくつろぎながら坪庭を眺めることができるようｿﾌｧをご用意しました｡夜にはﾗｲﾄｱｯﾌﾟされた坪庭を眺めながら､癒しの時間をお過ごしいただけます｡ 2階には寝室が2部屋あり､ｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ2台の部屋とﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ1台の部屋をご用意しました｡ 5名様以上でご宿泊の場合は､少しご面倒ですが1階の和室にお布団を敷き､寝室としてご利用いただきます｡ ｷｯﾁﾝには簡単なお料理ができるよう調理器具と食器のご用意がございます｡
