It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.
