We live on 6.5 acres and are a great base to explore all that Bendigo has to offer; the Art Gallery, Capital and Ulumbarra theatres, Central Deborah Mine, the popular Markets, Music/Food/Wine/Beer festivals and the many great cafes and fine dining options including award winning "Masons" and "The Woodhouse" We live opposite the Bendigo Regional Park which boasts many mountain bike tracks and are also in close proximity to some local wineries.

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 Private self contained Apt/Balcony

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

Homewood Self Contained Apartment

Located close to the Goulburn River, the apartment is attached to the rear of our home. Offering off road parking under the carport We can cater for additional guests with a sofa bed in the lounge/dining area, also a single fold away bed on request. A portable cot is available. A basic continental breakfast is available with bread, juice, cereals & condiments. Tea & coffee are available, basic cooking facilities. private outdoor patio area.
