This is our family holiday home. We used to spend a lot of time on this beach when our kids were little and so decided to build a home here. The fully equipped house will give a sanctuary for both kids and adults while exploring this part of the world. We would love to share this privilege with you while we are away. Golden Beachview: Premium Stay @ a Fishing Village

Everyone deserves a break from the noise, pollution and rat race of bustling cities and towns with no chill. That's why my wife and I made a home in this quaint little village on the beach with just the right amount of shacks and nearby eateries. Not too much, not too little. Watching colourful sunsets from this home is our favourite pasttime. Distance from Kochi airport: 34kms (approx 1 hour)

The Art Studio is a multi-level apartment that is part of my house and has a separate entrance. The ground level features a pool , gazebo and an organic farm/garden , while the first level includes a bedroom, dining / library area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The second level houses the art studio and a gym, and the third level is a private terrace.
