Das Ferienhaus Velebit Lodge wurde 2020 komplett neu renoviert und liegt direkt beim Naturpark Velebit. Geniessen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das majestätische Velebit-Gebirge. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Parkplätze in Doppelgarage.

Prekrasan novouređen studio apartman u prvom redu do mora . Savršeno za odmor daleko od buke i komešanja. Apartman se sastoji od spavaće sobe s king size krevetom ( 180x200cm), dnevni boravak i 43" smart TV-om, klimom, kuhinjom, kupaonicom i prostranom terasom s koje se pruža pogled na more i zelenu prirodu. Samo par koraka , spuštajući se niz privatne stepenice gosti mogu uživati u suncu, moru i hladu ispod maslina i borova. Privatne ležaljke i vanjski tuš su osigurani za goste .

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.

NEW information: We have swimming pool in 2018. Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, just outside the little town of Novigrad. The whole area of this north Dalmatian town is suitable for hiking thanks to the vicinity of the gorgeous mountain of Velebit. If you want see location where are the filmed movie Winnetou my place is the best choice for you. You need 20 min by car, or 30 min by boat to river Zrmanja and mountain Velebit.

Pridraga have beautiful sea and beach with coffe bar and it is a great place for finding peace and rest your mind and soul.
