Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Ermioni's Apartment - Paroikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.
