Marsha's Beach House

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Built according to the traditional cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities, the house is ideal for couples and families with one or two children. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. A large lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with king size beds and their patio form a very pleasant house to live in.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Agia Anna Apartment One in Parikia

The “Agia Anna Apartment One” is locate in Parikia, the capital of Paros island. It is complete renovated in March of 2019. It is 40 square meters and it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, a studio (kitchen, living room, dining room with double sofa-bed), a small office and separate veranda. It is just 100 meters from a sandy beach for swimming and seaside street with restaurants and the coffees.
