Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Κτισμένο με παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική απο πέτρα και ξύλο. Αποτελείται απο δυο ανεξάρτητες κατοικίες μια στο ισόγειο και μια στον όροφο. Το διαμέρισμα του πρώτου ορόφου διαθέτει καθιστικό, κουζίνα ,υπνοδωμάτιο και λουτρό.
