This is a spacious 200m2 new build villa with beautiful sea view from all the 3 bedrooms. The location is just a 6 minutes walk from Agios Onoufrios beach,15 minutes driving from Chania airport,20 minutes driving from the city center and the old town. In driving distance 7-20 minutes there are 6 more sandy beaches. In the next village 3 minutes driving you can find supermarkets bakery and restaurants. Some of the restaurants can also deliver food to the villa without extra charge.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Το σπίτι είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο για να φιλοξενήσει οικογένειες, φίλους ή ζευγάρια στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια και μεγάλο σαλόνι. Έχει θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα. Τα δέντρα, οι θάμνοι, τα λουλούδια του κήπου μας, η θέα στη θάλασσα, οι ήχοι των πουλιών κάνουν το σπίτι μας τέλειο για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.
