Built around the Cycladic arches called Camares, almost at the entrance of the Castle the studio is located in a well-known neighborhood that combines both the privacy and the vibrant life of restaurants wine bars and every kind of store. The studio features a king size bed, a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette and a private bathroom as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea and the busy streets. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Είναι μια παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη κατοικία πρώτου ορόφου, ανεξάρτητη με δικές της μεγάλες βεράντες με θέα στην θάλασσα και υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία η οποία απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το χωριό. (Δρόμος τσιμεντόστρωτος , φωτισμένος). Κουζινουλα για μαγειρεμα και μεγάλο νεροχυτη στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Στη μια βεράντα υπάρχει διπλό κρεββάτι για ηλιοθεραπεία η για υπνο αγκαλιά με..... τ' αστέρια!!!!!!

Melatio is an apartment at the foot of the castle, right next to the port! It is super central. It has two levels. There is the ground floor and the stairs are leading to the attic (second floor). The apartment is suitable for 1 to 4 people. The location is super central, inside the graphic white alleys of Naxos old town!

Η περιοχή χαρακτηρίζεται από ησυχία και ηρεμία. Η θέα στο μικρό φυσικό λιμάνι με την ονομασία "Λουτρό " και τον μύλο δίπλα στο παλιό καρνάγιο είναι ότι πρέπει για να χορτάσεις εικόνες. Πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό σημείο του χωριού με πρόσβαση σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, ταβέρνες. Μόλις 15 λεπτά από το λιμάνι, με τα πόδια.
