The Secret Cabin with hot tube in Nature Reserve

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

Our cozy home with 360 aurora views is located in an exquisite nature park on the outskirts of Reykjavík. It has a well stocked kitchen, elegant furniture, a classy bathroom and comfortable beds, one king and one queen, both rooms close. The office room is open with one single bed. Surrounding the property is a beautiful moss garden with a deck that offers spectacular views on the nature park, nearby hikes, a romantic lake and close to The Blue Lagoon and the Reykjavik metropolitan area.

Um er að ræða nýuppgerða og afar snyrtilega stúdíóíbúð sem býður upp á svefnpláss fyrir tvo einstaklinga (160x200 rúm). Í íbúðinni er fullbúið eldhús með örbylgjuofni og frysti. Í íbúðinni er einnig þvottavél og þurrkari. Auk þess er sjónvarp og apple tv. Næg bílastæði eru fyrir framan íbúðina og þau eru gjaldfrjáls. Íbúðin er staðsett á besta stað í Árbænum. Our guests have the ground floor of the house mostly for themselves, it has its own entrance and consist of one bedroom with double bed and desk, and another room with a sofa, sink, fridge, microwave and a kettle. Small private toilet and the shower is in the laundry room. The space is ideal for 2 people. The house is close to Hamraborg bus station (10 minutes walk), local swimming pool, Sky Lagoon, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more.
