The house is about 4km away from the centre of Kopaonik and only 1 km from the nearest ski run and ski lift Treska 5 Holiday home has two separate units for rent; а larger duplex apartment, about 70m2-ap. We build this one-of-a kind luxury chalet in 2022 to offer unique experience, located in a quite area of Kopaonik, surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes driving to all the ski slopes. You can enjoy our private SPA with a 6-person hot tub in the backyard. There is a private parking area - just in front of the chalet. There is a BBQ and a private garden you can use during the warmer time of the year. Our chalet is a small, private complex with 4 apartments - all different sizes.
