Golf all around us, Sledding in town on Cherry Hill, Skiing 30 min to Kellog, Silverwood 30min Great location for all amenities and attractions. Quiet private backyard with fire pit (wood provided), patio heater, table and bbq. All under great shade trees in the summer. This home is very well suited for large groups and families. Lots of street parking one space in the driveway.

Located in the charming Coeur d'Alene neighborhood of Sanders Beach, convenient to downtown restaurants, shops, galleries, I-90 and Lake CdA, our spacious and private downtown getaway apartment, separate from the hosts’ residence, sleeps two, has a full kitchen, and secure attached garage parking* for cars or small SUVs (<16ft). Street parking available for large SUVs and trucks. No cleaning fee - no pets. Two bikes available - 50yds to N ID Centennial Trail and close to lake CdA and downtown.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
