The One Bedroom Apartment has a size of 33m² with two separate rooms, a private bedroom with TV and a lounge area with TV and sofa bed. It also offers a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, washing and drying machine and capsule coffee machine (Delta). It can accommodate up to two adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot). The bedroom is equipped with an own TV, a safe box and large cabinet space. Daily cleaning service included.

The views vary from Besselpark to the north, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz in the east, or sunny Berlin rooftops to the south.
