The house is located on the best and famous beach of Chios,Komi beach which is one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the island.Just on the crystal and sandy captivating sea of Komi Beach, we offer a unique combination of calm and peaceful relaxation away from the city noise, autonomous and entertaining. In a small distance away there are restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Greek and traditional cuisine.For relaxation by the beach you will find sun beds and umbrellas.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Έχει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο με μεγάλες ντουλάπες, κουζίνα με πολλά ντουλάπια, φουρνάκι με εστίες μαγειρέματος και ψυγειάκι, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο και σιδερωστρα, ηλεκτρική σκούπα, εσπρεσιερα, καφετιέρα και μηχανάκι για φραπέ, βραστηρα νερού κλπ.
