It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. This unit is called Plumeria, it is set up like a hotel room; spacious room with King sized bed, large bright bathroom, TV, and kitchenette on the screened in balcony to enjoy tropical sunsets and breezes. The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, coffee press, tea/coffee, mini fridge along with utensils, plates, pans, etc.
