A fantastic house for the family!

A 120 sqm large house with three double bedrooms,, a large kitchen/livingarea. In the kitchen you have a stowe with two cookingzones ans well as a barbeque for lovely seafood or meatdishes. Only 30 meters to our private beach, fantastic for children and adults alike. Two terraces to entertain outdoors, and two modern bathrooms, one with a washingmashine to freshen up your chlothes. The house is fully equipped. We have wireless fibre broadband and a 40 inch TV with a Playstation for the kids.

Beautiful oceanfront villa, with a large private swimming pool, on over one acre of land. Ocean in front, a small creek on one side, and lush mountains behind. This is our most popular property. It has a nice terrace and gazebo by the pool. The setting is very peaceful, with a lot of open space. Big private lawn area, very safe for children to run around and play. Gardenia is at the end of our private road. One restaurant within walking distance and others that will deliver or pick you up.

Baan Moon Fisherman's Villa. Waterfront, 2 Bed.

Baan Moon is originally a fisherman's house. It is located on the Klong Prao estuary, a stone's throw from Klong Prao beach on the west coast of the island. Enjoy a more authentic stay on Koh Chang in an area most visitors don't get to see and experience. It is a quiet spot away from crowds and is ideal for anyone worried about social distancing whilst on holiday. There are no crowds or large groups of people in this area. Koh Chang (and Trat province) had zero cases of coronavirus.

My house is around 130 M² with a terrasse 30M² on the sea and garden around. It is on stilt on the sea and have 4 rooms (3 with aircon, 1 without aircon), kitchen, living room and 2 bathroom. Swimming pool 30m from the house, free access. I pay a rental per month to let my guests access swimming pool (not at night). one of the last real house on the sea in this side of Koh Chang. Between 2 sandy beach.
