The unit is attached to main house. However it is completely separate and on the other side of a garage. We are located just outside Anchorage on Fire Lake with lake access and year round activities including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.

Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.
