Our spacious and bright rooms will offer you a cozy stay in Vienna. Our terrace invites to have a breakfast outside and enjoy the sun. And if it is getting too hot, the apartment has an new air condition to cool down. We got a satellite access for tv! WIFI is also available for free with a good connection...Of course;-)

The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
