You are 20 minutes from the Woodlands and 40 minutes to downtown Houston. You can get almost anywhere from here with reasonable access to three major highways including the Grand Parkway (99), Tomball Parkway (249), and Highway 45. You are also roughly 25 minutes away from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) too. There are also great restaurant options nearby.

Primary renter must be 21 years or older and present for duration of stay.
