If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Views over pretty peaceful allotments, free on street parking & 1 small dog welcome. Short walk to Deal or Walmer castle and Deal high street with amazing restaurants, pubs, wine bars, art galleries, Saturday morning foodie market, & great transport links to other nearby seaside towns in Kent. You could even bus to Dover & hop a Ferry to France.

The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
