The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Unwind in this peaceful, cute and cozy one bedroom unit. Affectionally called the "BB" shack, this unit is ideally suited for couples or single travelers. However, creative use of the limited space means that it can sleep a small family. Capturing the colours of Australiana fauna, the BB Shack is a short 5 minute drive from Kingscote, with the shacks name sake, Brownlow Beach, only one street away. Whether it is a short stay or extended getaway, the BB Shack can be your home away from home.

One of two cabins this beautiful country wood cabin with a large area to enjoy yourself. Only 300 meters to the beach with easy walking track. Close to Kingscote town, KI Brewery, Gin distillery and the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. I have a dog named Chase who will love you to death and am open to others bringing their pet providing they are friendly with others and do not go inside the cabin. The terrace is fine I live in a managers cabin so any questions Im happy to help.

My Island Home

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

Cactus- Spectacular Views On The Ocean Front

Cactus has just had a very big renovation and facelift. It is a very modern and bright space finished to exacting standards. Cactus has some of the best views of Emu Bay. Hidden away from the road, the living area and deck are wonderfully open plan, and perfect for seamless entertaining. The master suite is also on the front, with ensuite. Two further bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, with another living area, and additional shower room and laundry. The beach is just a few minutes walk.
