Welcome to Kade's Casita where we invite you and your family to come visit this unique 100 year old home in the heart of Kingfisher. You are greeted by a spacious living room that opens to the formal dining room followed by the kitchen. You will stay in one of three bedrooms outfitted with queen and twin beds. Feel free to take advantage of the washer and dryer as well as enjoy your morning coffee in the sun room. Spacious 2 car attached garage is available with every stay! Come enjoy your stay!

Unique barndominium minutes from I-40. This quiet space has wifi and TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk and TV. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

It is a fully restored home that is close to Cottonwood Flats, Stillwater, Langston, and OKC . It has modern conveniences, but also all the original charm of yesterday. It is great for a long or short stay. Paved driveway for offstreet parking that is private with fenced back yard. Large front porch for relaxing. Quiet neighborhood.
