Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Wake to the sound of birds and enjoy our quiet tree lined location. Featuring 1x queen and 2x King Single beds, a fully renovated interior, with a modern kitchen, high end cooking appliances and a cosy wood stove to keep you warm on a winters night. Sliding stacker doors allow the cool ocean breezes to flow through the house on balmy summer days. Split system cooling and heating complete the picture. It's a short 10 min drive to Inverloch and 8 mins to the beautiful Cape Paterson beaches. We are also walking distance to Bass Coast Rail Trail. Our house has a beautiful open living kitchen, dining and lounge room that flows through to the covered alfresco area. Our house is suitable for families, couples and business travellers.
