Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

The Ridge House is an idyllic country retreat for lovers of fine food, open fires, bracing walks, and spectacular views. Wake up with the kookaburras and tuck into a breakfast basket brimming with homemade goodies and farm-fresh produce. Hibernate by the fire or hike our historic trails. Stroll and shop in Yarragon's historic and charming village. Picnic at sunset on the new Loggers Lookout or ask us to cook you a farmhouse meal. Be in the snow at Mt Baw Baw or the sea at Inverloch in an hour.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!
