Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. Private loft space in detached house. Host lives on ground floor, shared entrance. Situated in the small community of Keose in the North Lochs area of Lewis. Stornoway is a short 20 minute drive, and Harris about 30 minutes. Surrounded by nature with trees, chickens, dogs and horses, all close by. The island is served by two ferry routes. Booking ahead of time is essential, especially during peak season.
