This welcoming home is central to Louisville's most popular and lively neighborhoods, walking distance to many favorite spots. Natural light and unique art fill the home. There is a large deck that overlooks a beautiful cemetery behind the home, and is a perfect place enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinner. A coffee/tea bar is located in the fully equipped kitchen. Charging stations and white noise machines are found in both bedrooms. 2 workstations and a smart TV are also available.

We’ve brought a little of our old home in East Tennessee to our new home in Louisville. This guest space features reclaimed wood from a barn Perry took down in Seymour, TN.; a stock tank shower; a refurbished farmhouse sink; a tobacco stake star wall hanging; and some Yee-haw Industries prints, straight from Knoxville.

Delectable Delor

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.

Ideal, quiet place in the highlands. You have the apartment over the garage. You'll have a place all to yourself with most the amenities of your own home. Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pets are welcome, plz add them when booking.
