Our shepherds hut and rustic piggery is located a mile outside the picturesque village of Kenn, regularly voted amongst the prettiest villages in Devon with its 13th century church and 12th century thatched pub. Vintage pig nestles in a sheltered valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is an ideal location for exploring both the coast and moor, as well as woodland walks/bike rides. The piggery sits in its own private garden within the grounds of our grade II listed Devon longhouse.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Halogen Double Oven, Air Fryer, Microwave,Toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine & Fridge. There is WIFI throughout the annexe.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

The property is connected to our family home but has a separate entrance and is very private.
