The Woolly Retreat - Alpaca Shepherds Hut.

Nestled in a secluded Alpaca field in the heart of the enchanting Ashdown Forest lies a cosy, new Shepherd’s Hut in the idyllic village of Hartfield, famous for its connection to Winnie the Pooh and his timeless adventures. Surrounded by Alpacas which you can feed , this charming retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic luxury & nature. Take it easy at this unique getaway, sleeps 4 woodland walks, local pub/restaurant ,Micro brewery and much more to make your time away a memorable one. Relax in the countryside or take a short drive to the local town/Beach. Spend some private time relaxing in our heated swimming pool, and then retire to your own comfort of the "Cosy Cottage" for that long earned rest. Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Nestled between the beautiful East Sussex villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst (voted the best place to live in the UK 2023), The Studio at Brick Kiln Farm offers a unique opportunity to relax and stay next to working farmland surrounded by stunning countryside. Ideally situated, guests are spoilt for choice when deciding how to spend their days. Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

The Calf Shed - On A Real Working Farm, AONB, Kent

With a multitude of footpaths, we have the ideal location for a dog-friendly break. Parks, pubs and tea rooms can be included on rambling routes, with many lovely beaches nearby.

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Stay and Swim at our home & private indoor pool.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape, nestled amongst mature willow trees within the grounds of an old Kent farmhouse you will find a 'hidden gem'. Willows Rest Shepherds Hut has been lovingly created to offer the most private and comfortable accommodation in an absolute idyllic, waterside setting. Snuggle up in the hut or get comfy on the decking overlooking the nature pond and take a rest from everyday life.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to walks on your doorstep, as well as several National Trust places like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle close by.
