The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, well equipped kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Make use of the charcoal barbecue and comfy sun-trap seating area. In the evening, stay cosy around the smart TV with Netflix, and library of DVDs or listen to music, play board games and have a leisurely look through the varied books and magazines. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

With its perfectly central location, you are within a few minutes stroll from all the cafes, award-winning restaurants and shops Canterbury has to offer, all whilst being tucked down a quaint side street by the river. Enjoy the views of the Cathedral as you step out the door, plan a trip to The Marlowe Theatre or go punting along the River Stour, all of which are on the doorstep.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
