About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
