Cooper Cabins

Log building with 2 queen beds. In the winter this is my garage but summer it's a great 'cabin'. Microwave, fridge, covered grilling area with gas grill,space heater, private shower/toilet house. Fire pit, no wood supplied. Kenai Lake access is 1 mile, great beach walking. Fish on the Kenai, 1.5 miles away or drive 6 miles to the Russian River. Dogs allowed but you cannot leave them alone in the cabin unless they are in a kennel. If days are not available please ask, I might be open.

Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our ranch and peony farm. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
