Beach House #1

A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach-living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Homer Spit View Cabins - The Cottage

Looking for a cozy cottage in the heart of Homer? Look no further than the Daines 2 Story sterling Hwy cottage! This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is conveniently located off the main highway and can sleep up to 6 people. With a living room, full kitchen, and laundry available, you'll have all the amenities you need. Plus, it's less than 2 miles from the Homer Spit, where you can go fishing and exploring.

We have welcomed people into our home from all over the world, now we'd like to invite you! This cozy studio apartment is located on a quiet culdesac street in town. It is close to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, but most importantly, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our studio comfortably accommodates 2, up to 3 max. *Our vanity area has been updated. The toaster oven is no longer available.*

Oceanfront Inn Cabin

The Oceanfront Inn Cabin is a cozy nook that contains a queen bed in the main room, and a separate bedroom with a twin bed. Enjoy a BBQ on the private covered deck, or cook indoors with the full kitchen/dining area. Full bathroom includes a stand up shower. A shared hot tub (extra fee) is accessible at the main house. This cabin is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.

Kenai Cove Log Cabin

Kenai Cove Log Cabin is a tranquil lakeside hideaway. This custom log home boasts cathedral ceilings, stunning lake views, a large covered deck with a grill, trout fishing and a beach full of perfect skipping rocks. The cabin sleeps a total of 7 guests. It's a perfect location for families or couples to enjoy nature as well as each other.
