Light floods in through 3 full length windows, which look out to sea. The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

It allows you to be in the heart of all that is Kemptown, Brighton whilst at the same time allowing a safe retreat to relax and recharge. 2mins from local cafes, pubs and grocery stores. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

Little house on the hill

My terraced cottage is located in Hanover where the streets are full of colourful houses. There are lots of local pubs serving delicious food. It is only a short walk from the famous Laines, the beach and station. I have a small courtyard where you can sit and listen to the seagulls. Parking is tricky but I can help out with recommendations and there is always space to park to drop off bags at the house. There is no television but good wifi. No parties here, my neighbours are too precious!
