Fantastic location really close to the beach and mid way between the centre of town and the Marina so both are within easy walking distance. The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. The property has its own private secluded garden which catches the sun and provides an oasis of calm. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.
