Located in the heart of Sapulpa, The Hobson House is a large historic home just 1 block off Route 66. Originally built by the owner of the local lumberyard, this home carries a lot of history & charm. They built the house for themselves & the 2 apts upstairs for traveling teachers that needed a place to stay. Overall, the house has 3 apts, all w/private entrances. There is 1 larger apt downstairs & 2 smaller apts upstairs, along with a common sitting area in the front & a laundry room in back.

Great getaway location! You are entirely to yourself. Overlook is "attached to main house...but not "in" main house. Private entrance, no shared spaces. Very private & tranquil space! Relax in a country setting with "to die for" panoramic views from 90 feet above the water. Wildlife galore, including Bald Eagles. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our unique compost toilet for a truly memorable experience. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.
