Acadia National Park entrances are only a few minute away by foot, bike or car. The town's public ballpark, playground and tennis courts are a few blocks away. First Floor: Living room with TV and DVD, sunny eat-in fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, small laundry room with washer and dryer, bathroom with shower, and master bedroom with double bed. Second Floor: loft study area with desk for relaxation or work, bedroom with twin beds and a large closet. Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

Though you cannot see the road during high traffic times you may hear it.
