We offer two spacious suites—the Himalayan Penthouse and the Premium Suite—designed to suit your needs. Together, they include 3 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 3 bathrooms. Both suites feature generous living areas and kitchens stocked with essential utensils and a stove, ideal for extended stays. This is a perfect retreat for large families or groups, with ample space for relaxation and fun. The entire villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with the flexibility to host up to 12.

The homestay is located in a very peaceful location near simtola eco park. Its a two story traditional house. The kitchen, dining area, a queen size bed and bathroom is in the ground floor and a double bed is in the first. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen have all the basic amenities. The house features beautiful view of sunrise and snow covered peaks in a distance. Located amidst the dense deodar jungle one can sit in the garden and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time throughout the day.

A two- storeyed, A shaped Glass- Wood- And- Stone studio villa amidst an Avocado canopy and a small Kiwi vineyard and quite a few rare flower plants in the premise of our ancestral property. Vidyun's hill home in Dhamas, overlooks the snow clad Himalayan peaks of Trishul and Nanda Devi, with pine forest walks, bird watching and occasional sightings of leopard, pine martins, jackals in the forest behind the house. The house has 2 (two) "ensuite" bedrooms with private bathrooms. We do not give out the two bedrooms separately. Each bedroom is equipped to accommodate up to 3 guests. Even if a single guest books the entire cottage is kept free so u have EXCLUSIVE use.
