Στο ισόγειο έχει ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και κουζίνα. Συνολικά έχει 3 τουαλέτες , οι 2 μέσα στα δωμάτια και η μια στο ισόγειο. Επίσης υπάρχει καναπές κρεβάτι. Η πισίνα χαρίζει μοναδική θέα σε όλη τη Λευκάδα και ο κήπος είναι προσεγμένος.
